What is XAIO?

XAIO is an AI-powered development platform. Describe what you want to build in natural language, and the AI agent generates the code, sets up the project, and shows you a live preview.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. XAIO is designed for everyone — from beginners to experienced developers. The AI handles the coding. You can always view and edit the generated code if you want.

What can I build with XAIO?

How much does it cost?

XAIO uses an AI Task system. Each AI interaction costs a certain number of AI Tasks depending on complexity. Simple changes use fewer tasks than complex features. See the Plans & AI Tasks page for details.

Can I use my own domain?

Website Builder One includes one custom domain; Website Builder Pro, Web App Builder and Platform Builder include unlimited custom domains. Every plan can also publish to yourname.xaio.app subdomains.

Can I export my code?

Yes. Connect GitHub to your project and all code is pushed to your repository. You can also use the Local Connector to sync files to your machine.

What AI models does XAIO use?

XAIO uses Claude (by Anthropic) for code generation and Gemini (by Google) for image generation and cost optimization. The platform automatically selects the best model for each task.

Is my code private?

Yes. Your project code is only accessible to you and team members you invite. Published sites are public at their *.xaio.app URL.

Can I collaborate with others?

Yes. Invite team members via email, assign roles (Owner, Admin, Editor), and work together on projects. Each person has their own workspace and chat history.

What languages does the AI understand?

The AI understands and responds in many languages. The interface is available in English and German. You can write prompts in any language.

How do I delete a project?

Go to Project Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone. Click "Delete Project" and confirm by typing the project name.
