Project List

The dashboard shows all your projects with:

• Screenshot preview (auto-captured after each AI change)
• Project name and description
• Project type badge (Website, Web App, Agent Flow, Skill)
• Creation date and last activity
• Filter by type (Websites, Web Apps, Agent Flows, Skills)
• Sort by newest, oldest, or name
• Search by name or description
• Favorites for quick access

Creating a Project

Type your idea directly into the prompt field on the dashboard:

1. Choose your project type (Website or Web App)

2. Describe what you want to build

3. Optionally upload reference images by dragging them in

4. Click Build — XAIO creates the project and starts generating

Project Settings

Access via the gear icon in the workspace:

• Project name and description — Edit anytime
• Screenshot preview — Auto-generated from the live preview
• Project type — Convert between Website and Web App
• Owner — Transfer ownership to a team member
• Danger Zone — Delete the project

Team Collaboration

Open the Team panel from the sidebar:

• Invite members — Send invitations via email
• Roles — Owner, Admin, or Editor
• Remove members — Admins and Owners can remove team members
• Transfer ownership — Pass the project to another team member

Notifications

Get notified about project events:

• Code generation completed
• Team member joined or left
• AI Tasks running low
• Channels: Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram
